Chicano Classic Cruise Guest Registration

Our policy reads:
By submitting my registration form I acknowledge I have read and understand all cancellation penalties & administration fees that I will incur, should I decide to cancel my reservation.
By submitting my registration, I am also giving Carnival Cruise Lines and Chicano Classic Cruise the authorization to process payments on the credit card listed. I understand that the ticket and event fees are nonrefundable.
I understand insurance is optional and I may choose to add insurance for an additional fee. I understand should I choose to add insurance to my booking, I am also giving authorization for Chicano Classic Cruise to process Insurance payment on my card on file. I understand payments will be due on every 3rd of the month and will be deducted from the same method of payment for my registration should I choose to use payment plan.
I understand it is my responsibility to inform (Chicano Classics Cruise) for any corrections needed to be made concerning my booking information and changes cannot be made after March 1st 2019.
I understand improper Travel Documentation and Boarding pass will result in not being able to board the Carnival Cruise Ship and is the responsibility of the passenger to know what documentation is needed and if they have that documentation.

Payment plans are available to book your cruise with us! Select which payment plan that works best for you on your registration submission. With your registration, a deposit of $100 per person will be billed to the credit card given at the time of registration . All amounts (includes payment plan guests and media) must be paid in full by March 1st, 2019.
Amounts not paid in full by Nov. 1, 2018 will be cancelled and there will be NO REFUND NO EXCEPTIONS!

Staterooms, inclusive of the balconies on Suites, are an entirely smoke-free environment. Effective with any sailing departing October 09, 2014 and onward, no smoking will be allowed in any stateroom or suite, inclusive of the balcony. Cigarette smoking will only be permitted in designated exterior open deck areas, as well as our dance club, and in certain areas within the casino and casino bar. Guests who smoke in their stateroom will be assessed a $250 USD cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail & Sign account.

All payments to CCC are non-refundable. CCC may adjust itineraries and schedules, change any talent performing on board the cruise, delay departures or arrivals without any further obligation to you. CCC will not be responsible for any loss incurred due to a cancelled/delayed flight or other means of transportation.
PASSPORT - OR - BIRTH CERTIFICATE/ DRIVER'S LICENCE
Although Carnival highly recommends that all guests travel with a passport, U.S. citizens can also board the ship by showing proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate issued by a government agency, accompanied by a government-issued photo I.D. click here for more information.
For United States Citizens:
A valid passport book is required for all travel outside the United States. To be considered valid, passports must have an expiration date later than six months after your date of travel. For further information and passport requirements, please visit www.state.gov.
For Non-United States Citizens
You must have a valid passport and any necessary visas for travel. Please carefully verify the existing identification requirements for your particular travel situation with your local consulate. In addition, non-U.S. citizens who have previously been admitted to the United States for permanent residence must carry their Permanent Residence Card (Form I-551), commonly known as a Green Card. Resident aliens not in possession of this must obtain one at the nearest office of the United States Immigration Service.
Visa requirements will vary depending on the passport under which you are traveling and the countries being visited. Guests traveling under non-U.S., non-Canadian, and non-European passports must check with the Consulate of every country visited during the cruise for specific Visa requirements. When contacting a Consulate, provide the complete itinerary for the cruise so they can give accurate information. A guest may also contact a Visa service agency in his or her country for assistance.
The cabin prices advertised are “cruise only” and are based upon double occupancy, except for “Singles.” The price does not include airfare, ground transportation, onboard purchases, purchased drinks onboard or excursions. It does include meals (except for meals at the specialty restaurants), shows and onboard events produced by ICC. The cost of 3rd and 4th passengers in a stateroom are applicable for port, taxes and fees.
Port Charges/Taxes/Admin Fees vary from cruise to cruise but if they state they not included in your cruise then they are due at the Final Payment Date.
Credit Cards/Cancellation Fees
CCC reserves the right to charge additional fees for returned payments, late payments, missed payments, canceled cards, chargebacks, invalid credit cards and cancellations. The fee assessed shall be the greater of $50 or 5% of the total transaction.
All payments to CCC are nonrefundable so we strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Protection. Please inquire at the time of booking about Travel Protection, as certain benefits are time sensitive, including Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR)*.
Unless otherwise noted, all prices on the website and any fees associated with the Cruise including any applicable taxes are quoted in United States Dollars (“USD”). All payments to CCC will be charged in USD to your selected payment method. You may incur an additional fee by your bank or credit card processor if it is an international transaction.
*CFAR coverage is 75% of the nonrefundable trip cost. Trip cancellation must be 48 hours or more prior to scheduled departure. CFAR must be purchased at the time of plan purchase and within 14 days of your initial trip deposit.
